Love bug season is now starting

In where I live, love bugs are starting to bloom. If you didn't live in the Gulf Coast, love bugs are fun and a pest, considering how much your car is worth and probably how much outdoor free time you have on hand.

Due to the acidity of love bugs, and the relatively slowness of flight of a bug compared to a speeding car, more than enough splatter on to your nice chrome to make your car look like it got a bad case of pimples. Plus if you don't wipe it off by the end of the day, chances are it's going to be incredibly hard to do it... there goes your $5000 paint job.

Now for the fun, if you are like me, you like to see how many you can kick out of the sky. Since it is sooooo slooowwww, it's in the hundreds. If you are a baseball player, you might practice by taking a few swipes at the bugs (no, I'm not a animal torturer). The last thing to do is that you might slowly take the bugs apart, it's a bit cynical but it's fun if you have nothing to do.
