The Zoho Apps...

In my high school, everybody thinks flash drives are god and goddess, I'm one of the few exceptions. With the internet developing at ever faster rate, many applications have popped up. Some of my favorites are the free online storage Mediafire, RSS reader Google Reader, and Zoho.

To use the Zoho service, just sign up by going to Zoho.com and clicking on the sign up link. It is pretty explanatory and requires you to go check your email. After signing up, you will be able to use all of the services (some are scaled down on free versions but if you're like me, you don't care about about a wiki, project collaboration or CRM solutions).

The writer feels very intuitive and loads quite fast. It feels very much like Microsoft Office or Open Office. After your done editing your documents, you can publish them or email it. The app feels very much like home.

All the apps have the power to export the documents so if you need to save it on you local hard drive, it's easy. Like wise, you can also import your documents to the internet. There is a quirk in the import program is that it can't import the iWork 08 formats so I can't do some of my Keynote presentation.

Over all, this is a very nice service from Zoho, much more clean than Google's Doc (I love Google, but it just got whooped in this sector...).
