As spring swings in, life blooms. While biking around the neighborhood the other day, I noticed little black dots jumping on the street. Out of my curiosity, I stopped and examined the mystery. The little black dots happened to be little frogs that just got through their tadpole phase of life.
Another great example of life in spring is the lovebugs. Though they are sometimes the most annoying things ever, they are still living creatures (but some deserve to die!). I posted before about lovebugs here, which is also one of my first posts ever (notice that my mom posted on it). I still maintain that love-hate relationship with lovebugs. Actually make it more hate because some lovebugs started trying to go into my mouth the other day...
As some life make it onto the Earth, some mature and bloom. My little brother has been growing up both physically and mentally. Recently, he has even become somewhat philosophical. On car rides, he would ask random questions about death and growing old. Though this brings fear to me, I'm happy that he's growing up.
As life goes on, some must come to an end. Though I talked about this before, once is not enough. The devastation of property and life in SiChuan and Myanmar is off the scale. Spring should not be of tears. It should be of blooming flowers; of loving parents; of caring friends. Take a look at this poem from the earthquake.
Life is full.
