Really tired today and too much Olympics so I'm just going to write a quick checkup.
I've started the push-ups routine again back 2 weeks ago, meaning I'm in the middle of week 3. Somehow, week 3 is much harder than week 2 in terms of numbers and endurance levels. But I guess that means the program is pushing me so that's good...
